Introducing a new brand for NIACE11th June 2014
David Hughes, NIACE Chief Executive, said:
“I am delighted to introduce our new look. Our stakeholder survey from last autumn set out clearly that many people thought we needed to update our communications and our image. The changes we are making go deeper than the logo, but I wanted the logo and the new strap-line to portray the confident and ambitious organisation that we are. I think they do that.
“More importantly, tomorrow we are also launching our manifesto for the general election in 2015, which I would urge you to have a look at, comment on, respond to, and use to help us make the case for lifelong learning at local and national levels.
“I am also pleased that we have the chance to hear the reaction from the main political parties to our manifesto at our Adult Learners’ Week Policy Conference on 19 June 2014. Please come along and join in what looks set to be a year-long election campaign at a pivotal time for the economy and the country.”
