Everyone who can benefit should be able to access a high-quality apprenticeship and world-class technical education. Yet access to apprenticeships is unequal and the quality of apprenticeships and technical education variable. We will focus on the quality of and access to apprenticeships, and how technical education can work for adults as well as young people.
